Refund / Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and replacement requests are handled for orders placed with Himdhara.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the standard cancellation flow.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in cases such as failed payments, duplicate payments, damaged products, incorrect products received, or orders that cannot be fulfilled by us.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require proof such as clear images, videos, or order information.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request should include your order number and supporting images so our team can review the issue quickly.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued for requests arising from incorrect address details entered by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or normal delivery delays caused by external logistics issues.
Refunds may also be denied if the claim is unsupported or submitted beyond the allowed reporting window.
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment provider.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days. However, the final credit timeline depends on the payment provider and banking channels involved.
7. Replacement Requests
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue reported.
