Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship across most locations within India. Availability may vary depending on courier service coverage in your area.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is typically between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas or unforeseen circumstances may result in longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value.
- Orders above ₹999 may qualify for free shipping
- Orders below this amount may incur a standard shipping fee
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if available).
You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
6. Delays and Exceptions
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods.
Himdhara is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
